Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in legal or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Availability for US shifts in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Organize legal files in digital and hard copy formats.
  • Manage documentation for property development and construction transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and legal timelines, ensuring follow-up on pending items.
  • Conduct legal research and gather documentation for issue resolution.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate contract workflows and maintain management systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the legal team.
