About the Job

RevX Capital is inviting applications for the position of AVP/Senior Associate – Legal. The role focuses on corporate and transactional law, particularly in private credit, structured finance and special situations.

Eligibility

Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) or a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.). An LL.M. will be an added advantage.
Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation and financing transactions.
Prior exposure to Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) structures will be an advantage.
Prior experience in special situations credit transactions will be preferred.
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with business teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, including loan agreements, debenture subscription agreements, security documents and other financing documents.
Providing legal support for structuring and executing debt transactions across performing credit and special credit strategies.
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including SEBI and RBI regulations.
Supporting negotiations with founders, investors and counterparties.
Conducting legal research and providing analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations.
