- Applicants must have at least five years of experience in work related to court case processes.
- Candidates must have knowledge of international law and international legal affairs, including a sound understanding of diplomatic norms and processes.
- Applicants must have knowledge of computer operations and social media communication.
Retired government servants with a legal background may also apply. The minimum pay level specified for such applicants is Under Secretary.
