Chambers of Devashish Chauhan is seeking to hire an advocate to handle litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility
Experience: 2-4 years in litigation
Skills:
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to handle matters independently
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Experience in practice before NCLT and NCLAT is a must
- Salary: As per industry standards
