About the Course on Corporate Litigation & Practice by NLU Delhi 

The Online Certificate Course on Corporate Litigation & Practice offers practical insights into how corporate and commercial disputes are handled before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), commercial courts and appellate forums.

The course focuses on corporate litigation procedures, shareholder disputes, insolvency proceedings, commercial suits, arbitration-related court proceedings and appellate remedies.

Through live weekend sessions and practical drafting exercises, participants will learn about the legal frameworks, procedural requirements and litigation strategies involved in handling corporate and commercial disputes.

Certification: NLU Delhi Certified — Certificate issued by National Law University, Delhi.
