Peritum Partners is expanding the transactions, general corporate practice and seeking talented lawyers to join the Chennai office:
Peritum Partners is hiring for two roles: (i) Transactions team; (ii) General Corporate and Advisory
Eligibility
Role 1: Transactions team
Transactions team hire (3-4+ years PQE) with the following:
• Relevant experience in the transactions space (diligence and transaction documentation)
• Reasonably good drafting and basic negotiation skills
• Client-focused approach with attention to detail
Role 2: General Corporate and Advisory
General Corporate team hire (1-2 years PQE) with the following:
• Reasonably good drafting and redlining skills with commercial contracts
• Good capability with research and drafting advisory notes/opinions
