Responsibilities

• Represent and assist in matters before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and various Tribunals.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research across diverse areas of law.
• Independently handle legal matters.
• Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs).
• Draft Writ Petitions.
• Draft legal notices, applications, written submissions, legal opinions, briefs, and other legal documents.
