The curriculum is the difference. Real law, taught practically, with internship prep, interview prep, and first-job survival built into every single course. Not added on. Built in.

For the ones figuring it out.

About the Certificate Course on Tax Law and Practice

Tax law shows up in transactions, in disputes, in advisory work, and in due diligence. It is one of the most consequential areas of legal practice and one of the least formally taught. Most lawyers encounter it on the job, mid-matter, without enough context to be useful.

Tax law is not the CA’s territory alone. It never was. And the lawyers who understand it, not just the provisions but what they mean in a real matter, are the ones who get asked back into the room.

This is your opportunity to be that lawyer.

This course walks you through Tax Law and Practice the way a firm would expect you to know it. Not just the sections, but what they mean when a transaction closes, when a notice lands, and when a client needs to know whether their position is defensible.

The Income Tax Act, GST, international taxation, customs, transfer pricing, disputes. You will understand not just what the law says, but what it asks of you in a real situation.

By the end, you will know how to read a tax problem and identify which framework applies, how to spot a GST classification dispute before it becomes a litigation risk, how to approach a cross-border transaction with an understanding of what DTAA and permanent establishment actually mean, and how to follow a tax matter from the first client conversation to the last advice note.

You will also know how to talk about all of it, in interviews, in client meetings, and in the rooms where it counts.
