About the Internship/Job

Adv. Nupur Shah (Head-Legal) is seeking applications for the following positions:

• One Legal Associate
• Three Assessment Interns

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of litigation, advisory, and research assignments involving taxation and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• Assessment Interns must be in the final year of law school.
• Legal Associate applicants must be law graduates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will gain exposure to:

• Drafting replies to notices issued by authorities such as the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate.
• Drafting appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and other appellate forums.
• Drafting petitions before the High Court of Gujarat and assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy.
• Contract drafting.
• Handling litigation before various tribunals and government authorities.

Duration

• Assessment Internship: Minimum three months.
• Legal Associate: Long-term role.

Date of Joining

Immediately upon final shortlisting, preferably in late June or July.
