About the Job
Dhiren Shah & Co., under the guidance of Adv. Nupur Shah, Head-Legal, is inviting applications for one Legal Associate and three Assessment Interns. The selected candidates will gain exposure to tax litigation, white-collar crime matters, appellate proceedings, legal research, drafting, and litigation before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.

- Legal Associate – 1 vacancy.
- Assessment Interns – 3 vacancies.
Eligibility
Legal Associate
- Law graduate.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Assessment Intern
- Students in the final year of law school.
Responsibilities
- Draft replies to notices issued by authorities, including the Income Tax Department and Enforcement Directorate.
- Draft appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and other appellate forums.
- Draft petitions before the High Court of Gujarat.
- Assist in matters before the Supreme Court of India.
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
- Draft contracts.
- Assist with litigation before various tribunals and government authorities.
Duration
- Assessment Internship: Minimum 3 months.
- Legal Associate: Long-term role.
