About the Course

In 2023, the Parliament passed three new criminal laws namely —the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA)—replacing the colonial-era Indian Penal Code (IPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), and Indian Evidence Act (IEA), respectively.  In lieu of these reforms, Into Legal World presents this “Certificate Course on Practice and Procedure in New Criminal Laws & Special Legislations” to cover substantive and procedural aspects of criminal trials, evidence laws, and special legislations such as the POCSO Act, Domestic Violence Act, and the Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act.
