About the Job

GeekyAnts India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate to support the organization in legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and corporate legal matters. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Integrated) from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and legal documentation.
• Knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
• Develop and strengthen legal frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and consultants.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory developments.
