Eligibility
- 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong legal research skills.
- Sound knowledge and command over Bare Acts.
- Experience appearing before:
- Tribunals
- High Courts
- District Courts
- Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in litigation matters and case preparation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals as required.
- Support ongoing legal proceedings and case management.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate’s skills and experience.
