About the Online Certificate Course on Certificate Course on Litigation Drafting
Every dispute that reaches a court travels through paper. Every fundamental rights enforcement begins with a writ. The strength of every appeal, review, or contempt proceeding rests on the quality of its drafting. Yet most law students graduate without having drafted a single writ petition, SLP, or contempt application from scratch.
This course exists to close that gap. Across 8 sessions and 50 drafts, it covers the entire spectrum of constitutional and appellate litigation – from High Court writs and Supreme Court SLPs to review, curative, contempt, and interim applications – giving participants the practical drafting foundation needed to walk into court with confidence on day one.
LawMarg is launching a Certificate Course on Litigation Drafting, focused entirely on the practical aspects of drafting documents used across writ jurisdictions, appellate procedures, and contempt proceedings.
About the Internship Opportunities for Participants
