About the Job
Abhilash Sontake & Associates is looking for a Legal Associate to join its litigation team in Bengaluru. The role will involve handling matters before the Hon’ble Karnataka High Court and other courts and tribunals.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of High Court procedures.
- Prior litigation experience is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant court experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Draft writ petitions, appeals, applications, affidavits, and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case-law notes.
- Assist with High Court matters and court proceedings.
- Prepare briefs, written submissions, and arguments.
- Undertake case analysis and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients.
