About the Job
Bhasin & Co. is seeking to hire four Associates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The firm handles cases in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and Arbitral Tribunals. Applicants should possess strong drafting, research, communication, and presentation skills, and should be keen learners capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, exclusive position.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold an LLB or LLM degree and will be based in New Delhi. The primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration.
Responsibilities
The primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration. The role involves drafting various legal documents such as Suits, Claims, Writs, Petitions, Applications, Appeals, SLPs, and Replies/Rejoinders, in addition to conducting legal research and appearing before courts.
Salary
This is a full-time, exclusive position. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and merit.
