About the Job

StayVista is hiring a Senior Specialist – Legal & Compliance to support its legal and compliance functions. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, handling consumer complaints, coordinating with external counsel, conducting legal research, and ensuring regulatory compliance across business operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage legal documentation and compliance processes effectively.

• Draft, vet, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements, including:
  • Leave and License Agreements
  • Service Agreements
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Property Management Agreements
  • Facility Management Agreements
• Respond to guest grievances and consumer complaints.
• Conduct legal research and maintain legal trackers for ongoing matters.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and legal advisors.
• Assist in filing trademark applications.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Support owner and guest management functions as required by organizational needs.
