About the Job

Chambers of Sinha Shrey Nikhilesh is looking to hire two Advocates with prior experience in commercial litigation. The role provides significant exposure to high-stakes commercial and corporate disputes, court appearances, legal research, and drafting assignments.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience in commercial litigation is essential.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and court appearance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Appear and assist in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Handle matters before National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs) across India.
• Assist in litigation before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advisory support in complex commercial disputes.
