Ved Legum is hiring an Associate Advocate to assist with drafting, legal research, and litigation support across multiple practice areas. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious legal work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Strong legal research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, pleadings, applications, replies, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and provide litigation support.
• Assist in handling matters relating to:
  • Consumer Disputes
  • Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) matters
  • Labour Law
  • Civil Recovery
  • Criminal Complaints
  • Commercial Disputes
