About the Parinam Law Associates
Parinam Law Associates is looking to hire a Junior Associate for its Pune Office. The candidate should have working knowledge and experience of CPC, Consumer law, Arbitration, and Conciliation Act, Recovery Matters, Insolvency Matters, criminal matters etc.
Job Description
- Ability to handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. real estate, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits).
- Working knowledge and experience of Contracts, Compliances, Employment Laws, Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Providing corporate commercial legal advice with a primary focus on negotiating and structuring commercial transactions; Drafting and Reviewing contracts and other commercial agreements.
- Corporate or IP-related documentation viz. board resolution, share purchase agreement, subscription agreement, Trademark license agreement, etc.
- Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating of various Agreements/Contracts with Service Providers, Contractors, Legal Notices as well as reply to Legal notices etc.
- Independently Structuring/ Drafting/Vetting/ Negotiating documents relating to real estate, Mergers, and Acquisitions, etc.
- Due Diligence, Inspection of title documents of the property inclusive of revenue records, title deeds, other related property documents etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), from a reputed Indian University.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years of PQE.
- The candidate must have strong knowledge on various Indian Laws.
- The candidate must have expertise in drafting/reviewing different types of contracts.
- The candidate must have the ability to use judgment, analyse facts and draw logical conclusions.
- The candidate must have the ability to work independently and in cross-functionality, with different teams, and across multiple jurisdictions.
- The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and should know how to prioritize in order to reach the timelines.
- The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and fully proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The candidate must have the traits of a team leader with a dynamic, self-driven, thoughtful and disciplined attitude.
- The candidate must have the ability to work in a confidential environment.
- The candidate having experience working with a law firm will be an additional advantage.
