Responsibilities
- Draft and manage corporate legal documentation and contracts.
- Handle compliance-related matters, regulatory filings, and legal processes.
- Review vendor, customer, employment, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and support corporate governance initiatives.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on legal matters.
- Support business expansion activities and strategic legal projects.
Eligibility
- Experienced corporate lawyers with strong legal expertise.
