About the Journal/Book

The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought revolutionary changes across different sectors, including the legal domain. From predictive analytics in litigation to AI-assisted legal research, contract analysis, and even judicial decision-making, AI is increasingly redefining the contours of legal practice and justice delivery systems. However, this integration also raises profound concerns regarding accountability, transparency, bias, data privacy, and ethical jurisprudence.

The legal field, traditionally reliant on human reasoning and interpretative skills, is now grappling with a paradigm shift. As AI systems grow more autonomous and data-driven, legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers are compelled to re-evaluate foundational concepts such as liability, due process, fairness, and rights in an AI-augmented world. The intersection of AI and law, therefore, presents both transformative opportunities and complex regulatory challenges.

This edited volume aims to explore and critically examine the evolving interface between AI technologies and legal systems. It seeks to address the theoretical, doctrinal, practical, and ethical dimensions of AI’s impact on legal frontiers in both national and international contexts.
