About the Course on Mergers and Acquisitions with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India

In collaboration with the M&A Team at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, SimuLegum EdTech is launching the 2nd Edition of its Certificate Course on M&A. The Centre for International Trade and Business Laws at NALSAR University of Law joins as official Academic Partner and CALSTAR at MNLU Mumbai is the Centre Partner for this course.

This is not a theoretical overview of transaction law. This is how M&A deals are actually structured, negotiated, and closed inside a Tier-1 law firm.

Across eight sessions, participants will progress from the fundamentals of M&A and transaction structuring to sophisticated deal documentation, covering share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, private equity and venture capital investments, legal due diligence, FEMA and foreign investment considerations, regulatory approvals, and deal execution and negotiation dynamics.
