About the Advanced Contract Drafting Course

The 8-Week Advanced Contract Drafting Course is a practical, drafting-focused programme designed for law students, graduates and legal professionals who want to develop hands-on contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.

The course goes beyond explaining contractual concepts. Participants will learn how legal provisions translate into actual contractual clauses, how different types of commercial agreements are structured and how contracts are reviewed from the perspective of risk, liability and commercial interests.

Across 16 sessions, the course will follow a practical approach:
