• Patent Filing & Enforcement: Patentability, claims drafting, PCT, opposition, revocation and litigation [2 SESSIONS]
• Trade Secrets & Data Protection: Confidential information, NDAs, DPDPA interface [1 SESSION]
• IP Licensing & Commercialisation: Structuring transactions, opposition, revocation and advanced portfolio strategy [2 SESSIONS]
