- Module 04 — Copyright & Media Laws: Fundamentals, digital copyright, AI, media & entertainment production, distribution and regulation [4 Sessions]
- Module 05 — Trade Secrets & Data Protection: Confidential information, NDAs, DPDPA interface [1 Session]
- Module 06 — Industrial Designs: Registration, enforcement, stacking strategy and international protection [1 Session]
- Module 07 — IP Licensing & Commercialisation: Structuring licensing transactions, due diligence, commercial and royalty terms, portfolio management, and IP in M&A. [2 Sessions]
- Module 08 — Fashion & Luxury Law: Trade dress, design and copyright in fashion, luxury brand enforcement, influencer and labelling compliance + 2 Assignment Classes [3 Sessions]
