About the Event

Article 32 of the Indian Constitution is a cornerstone of our democracy, providing citizens with the fundamental right to move the Supreme Court for the enforcement of their fundamental rights. This provision ensures that our rights are not just theoretical guarantees but enforceable protections against arbitrary actions by the state. Understanding the significance of Article 32 is crucial as it empowers individuals to seek justice directly from the highest court of the land, bypassing lower courts. This provision enhances the accessibility of justice and strengthens the democratic fabric of our country.
