Eligibility

• Advocate having a minimum 5t years of experience in handling matters in Hon’ble Courts / Tribunals.
•  Mandatory Registration with Delhi Bar council or others. Excellent familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court systems., Good Computer literacy with Proficiency in English language, drafting writ petition, SLP, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings, Conveyancing, Appearance before Courts Supreme Court, High Court, all district courts / Tribunals NCLT, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRT, DRAT, Legal research work with considerable experience of IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act & Corporate law. Client Counselling & Meeting, Briefing Senior Advocates.
