About the Course

The Online Certificate Course on Mergers & Acquisitions by Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) provides a comprehensive understanding of the legal, strategic, and practical aspects of M&A transactions. Across six modules, participants will cover corporate restructuring, internal capital mechanisms, mergers and acquisitions, key transaction documents (SHA, SSA/SPA, BTA), due diligence, and negotiation strategies. 

With real-world case studies, regulatory insights (Companies Act, SEBI, CCI, NCLT), and sessions by industry experts, the course equips learners with practical skills to structure and execute M&A deals confidently.
