About the Internship

Rubrik is looking for a Legal Intern that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will be assisting all functions within the legal department

Eligibility

Pre-final year – BA LLB, BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.

Work Profile

• To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
• To conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
• Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
• Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.
