About the Internship
Rubrik Inc. is offering a Legal Intern position at its Bangalore, India office.
The internship provides exposure to legal research, drafting, compliance, and contract-related work within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Eligibility
- 3rd–5th year BA LLB, BBA LLB or 2nd–3rd year LLB students
- Experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property, and corporate laws
- Experience in corporate and commercial transactions (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in managing tasks related to legal research, drafting, and compliance
- Conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare detailed documents based on findings
- Draft, review, and redline NDAs and other agreements as per business requirements
- Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary
