About the Job

Indore Institute of Law is inviting applications for post of Admissions Counselor.

Eligibility and Experience

Female Candidates Only.

Minimum graduation.(Can be relaxed for right candidate)

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a university/college.

Roles and Responsibilities

The need for an education counsellor is of great importance in the school system. Students are most times overwhelmed by doubts, inability to decide, and confusion when it comes to choosing a career path.

You will be interacting with aspirants of Law and management student/parents for UG/PG and certification course

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to cold call and generate leads.
• Should be able to counsel and convince prospective leads over phone/video calls or in-person.
• Expert in handling students/parents queries regarding course, fees and deliverables.
• Assess and suggest solutions based on the student’s requirements.
• Serve as a guide for students when applying for scholarship and other admission formalities.
• Maintain and update the database of the students on a regular basis over C.R.M
• Should be able to represent the Institute at promotional events.
• Should be able to achieve month on month targets and raise the bar.

Role Demands

• Should be presentable with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
• Should have experience in working with large size teams and attitude to take one for the team.
• Should be target oriented and self motivated.
• Effective rapport building and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
