About the Job
Adv Raghumanyu Taneja is seeking a high-performing Associate with 3 to 5 years of PQE in investment funds to join a Tier 1 Law firm in Mumbai
Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and regulatory aspects of various types of investment funds including AIFs. Draft and negotiate fund documentation including PPMs, trust deeds, investment management agreements, subscription agreements etc.’
Eligibility
- The candidate needs to have 3 to 5 years of PQE at a reputed law firm or in-house role with a strong focus on funds, asset management, or regulatory work.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, especially AIF Regulations, Mutual Fund Regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Prior experience with fund formation documentation and regulatory filings is essential.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
