About the Job

Maheshwari & Co. is hiring an Associate (Corporate) for its Delhi office. The role is intended for young legal professionals looking to build a career in corporate law by working on legal research, drafting, and corporate matters in a full-service law firm.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

Have 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Possess strong research and analytical skills.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Be familiar with legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
Have an in-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures in India.
Possess excellent drafting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting in handling cases from inception through resolution while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Preparing legal drafts and presentations.
Supporting the corporate team in legal matters and documentation.
