About the Job
Maheshwari and Co. is hiring a Senior Associate (Corporate) for its Delhi office. The selected candidate will assist in managing legal matters from inception to resolution while contributing to research, drafting, and advisory work across the firm’s corporate practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with any State Bar Council.
- 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as:
- SCC Online
- Manupatra
- In-depth understanding of applicable Indian laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents, opinions, and advisory notes.
- Support corporate and commercial transactions.
- Ensure meticulous case management and documentation.
- Provide legal assistance on matters relating to the firm’s practice areas.
