About the Job

King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring an Associate (Media Litigation) for its Mumbai office. The role is suited for legal professionals with prior experience in commercial litigation and media/IP litigation who can independently manage matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

• Have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Possess prior experience in handling commercial litigation and/or media and intellectual property litigation before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
• Be capable of independently handling workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling commercial litigation and media/IP litigation matters.
• Representing and assisting in matters before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
• Managing assigned workstreams independently.
• Working collaboratively in a dynamic litigation environment.

Remuneration

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
