About the Job

Dhvaj and Associates are hiring an Associate (Corporate Team).

Eligibility

• The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience gained in a law firm;
• The candidate should be an LLB/ LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school;
• The candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working & diligent; and
• Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to our valued clients;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts which inter alia include, transaction agreements/ documents, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements;
• Drafting reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT sectors; and
• Sound knowledge of Due Diligence processes.
