About the Opportunity

Eligibility
- 6–8 years of experience in general corporate, commercial advisory, and transactional wor
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in contract structuring, transaction support, and regulatory advisory
- Ability to independently handle matters while managing client interactions
- Prior law firm experience preferred
