The International Conference on Cybersecurity Law and Governance: Building Global Resilience seeks to create a dynamic platform for dialogue between legal scholars, technology experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and international organizations to address the multifaceted challenges of cybersecurity in the digital era. As societies become increasingly interconnected, the risks posed by cyber threats, data breaches, misinformation, and the misuse of emerging technologies have grown exponentially.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Word Limit: 300 to 500 words, excluding keywords.
  • Keywords: Include 5 keywords reflecting the core themes of the research.
  • Content: Must include a clear central argument, research questions, methodology, and the contribution of the paper.
  • Cover Page: A separate file containing Author name(s), designation, institutional affiliation,Theme, Sub theme and contact details.
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12.
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 spacing with justified alignment.
  • Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Format: File must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx) and PDF format.
  • Anonymity: No identifying information (name or affiliation) should be present in the abstract file.
  • Submission: Abstracts must be submitted through the online portal by using the ‘Abstract Submission’ button.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Upon receiving the acceptance confirmation for the abstract, author may proceed with the full paper submission using the Full Paper Submission link provided on the website.
  • Word Limit: 2,500 to 3,000 words, including footnotes.
  • Title Formatting: 16-point Times New Roman, Bold, and Centered.
  • Main Text Formatting: 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment.
  • Footnote Formatting: 10-point Times New Roman with single spacing.
  • Citation Style: Strictly follow the APA style.
  • Anonymity: The main manuscript must not contain any author names or identifiers for blind peer review.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and free from any AI-generated content or plagiarism.
  • Co-authorship: A maximum of three authors (one author and up to two co-authors) is allowed per paper.
  • Tables and Figures: All images or tables must be embedded within the manuscript and properly cited.
  • Registration: Full Paper must be submitted through the online portal by using the ‘Full Paper Submission’ button.

  • Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Proper acknowledgment of sources and contributions is mandatory, and all potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed. Plagiarism  above 10 % will lead to rejection.
