Session 3: Admission, Moratorium & IRP/RP – by Mr. Ashish Pyasi on 25th January at 5 PM

  • Admission process
  • Section 14 Moratorium
  • Role of IRP and RP
  • Public announcement and claim verification

Session 4: Committee of Creditors & Resolution Process – by Mr. Arka Majumdar on 31 Jan at 5PM

  • Constitution and powers of CoC

Session 5: Avoidance Transactions & Liability – by Mr. Prashant Kumar on 1 February, 2026 at 5 PM
