Supreme Court Announces Results for Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates’ Examination 2025
The Recruitment Cell of the Supreme Court of India has declared the results of the Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates’ Examination 2025, which was conducted on March 9, 2025.
A total of 1024 candidates have successfully qualified the examination by securing at least 60% marks in Part-I and 50% marks in Part-II of the written test. Among them, the top 275 candidates who obtained an aggregate score of 265 marks or more across both parts of the examination have been shortlisted for the next stage — the interview.
These shortlisted candidates are now required to submit their preferences regarding the Hon’ble Judges under whom they wish to work, listed in order of their choice.
The Supreme Court looks forward to welcoming the brightest legal minds as Law Clerks and Research Associates, a position that plays a crucial role in assisting the Judges in legal research and drafting.
