About the Job

An organization is hiring for the role of Senior Executive – Mediation to lead and scale mediation and dispute resolution initiatives. This is an individual contributor (IC) role involving end-to-end ownership of mediation processes, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement within the legal-tech/ADR ecosystem.

This role combines legal expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business development. The selected candidate will handle complex mediation matters, contribute to policy frameworks, and represent the organization across forums and institutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. (mandatory)
• 2–5 years (preferably in ADR/ODR, arbitration, or mediation)
• Strong expertise in arbitration, mediation, and ADR/ODR frameworks
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and process orientation
• Experience in policy development and strategic planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mediation case lifecycles ensuring quality and compliance
• Develop expertise in ADR/ODR frameworks, especially arbitration and mediation
• Handle complex case escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Track legal developments and translate insights into internal policies and SOPs
• Conceptualize and execute mediation/ODR initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy and long-term roadmap
• Build relationships with mediators, institutions, courts, and partners
• Oversee mediator empanelment, onboarding, and performance frameworks
• Drive process improvements through feedback and data analysis
• Represent the organization in mediation forums and policy discussions
• Support business development including pitching services and deal closures
• Engage with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, and courts
