About the Job
They are Hiring Real Estate Associate
Eligibility
- Experience: 1+ years in Real Estate
- Strong proficiency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of property laws
- Qualification: Law degree with enrollment under the Karnataka State Bar Council
Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate transactions
- Draft and review agreements and property-related documents
- Conduct due diligence, verify property records, and prepare title reports
