About the Job
Mind Legal Advocates & Consultants is looking to expand its team and is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and practical exposure to due diligence, agreements and litigation.
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- 1–3 years of PQE.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Practical experience in due diligence and drafting or reviewing agreements.
- Exposure to litigation, court proceedings and legal filings.
- The ability to work across different areas of corporate and commercial legal practice.
- A sound understanding of applicable laws and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while effectively supporting senior lawyers.
- Professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
Additional Information
The role requires versatility and hands-on experience across due diligence, agreements and litigation. Candidates whose experience is limited to only one of these areas or who do not meet the specified requirements are requested not to apply.
