About the Job
K&S Partners is hiring a Paralegal for its Trademark Team at the Gurgaon office. This role offers an opportunity to work on trademark prosecution and opposition matters in a leading IP law firm.
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and oppositions
- Familiarity with work patterns of the Trademarks Office
- Good understanding of the Trademarks Rules, 2017, including applications, oppositions, and rectifications
- Ability to support attorneys in trademark searches
- Ability to prepare affidavits of use
- Capability to independently correspond with clients and provide updates
- Good written and verbal communication skills
