Eligibility

Senior Associate

• Vacancy: 1
• Eligibility: Advocate with PQE of 2.5–3 years.

Associate

• Vacancy: 1
• Eligibility: Fresh Law Graduates having cleared the AIBE/ having appeared in the AIBE-XIX and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi or any State Bar Council, with 0–1 year of PQE.

Paralegal

Vacancy: 1
Eligibility: Fresh Law Graduate who has not cleared AIBE or Final Year Law Students to whom PPO may be offered, basis their performance.

Note:

• The Retainership Fee shall vary as per the experience of the candidate.
• Over and above the basic Retainership Fee [as detailed above], the selected candidate shall also be entitled to:
• Profits [on a per month basis] (up to 50% of Retainership Fee, depending on his/her performance),
• Monetary Compensation for over-time hours,
• Additional Perks:
• Dinner and Reimbursement of cab expense for traveling back home,
• Diwali/ Holi/ New Year Bonus(es) &
• Performance Based Bonus on a quarterly basis.
• Only candidates willing to work on commitment basis and ready to work on certain important cases for a minimum period of 1 year must apply.
• Candidates having work stability of less than 6 months (as a Sr. Associate/ Associate) must strictly refrain from applying.

Salary

• Paralegal- Stipend: ₹20,000-25,000/- per month.
• Associate– Basic Retainership: ₹30,000–35,000 per month
• Senior Associate- Basic Retainership: ₹45,000–55,000 per month
