About the Opportunity

Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate in the chamber of Ms. Theepa Murugesan, (Standing Counsel) based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. 

Eligibility 

Associates having 1-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation. Freshers from reputed institutions are also welcome to apply

Remuneration

Emolument will be competitive and aligned with industry standards. 

Practice Areas Exposure

The work primarily pertains to researching, drafting, preparing notes, briefing, coordinating with govt. departments, as well appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and AFT. The candidates will be assessed on drafting, research skills and having prior work experience before the High Court and Supreme Court.

Practice Areas- Civil & Commercial litigation in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, AFT, Commissions and other fora in Delhi.

Emolument will be competitive and aligned with industry standards.
