About the Internship

KNG Tech Law is seeking interns who are interested in building a career in Corporate Law. The internship is designed for students with prior exposure to corporate legal work and offers an opportunity to work on corporate transactions, compliance matters, contract drafting, and advisory assignments.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing the fourth year of a five-year law programme.
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work.

Preference Criteria

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Corporate Law internship experience.
• Candidates whose experience is limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate transactions and related legal work.
• Support compliance and regulatory matters.
• Participate in contract drafting and review.
• Contribute to corporate advisory assignments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation as required.
