About the Internship

Jawa Capital Services is hiring a Legal Intern to join its team in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. The internship offers practical exposure to legal research, contract review, litigation support, and insolvency-related work, including drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Eligibility

• Law students in their 3rd year and above, including final-year students.
• Enrolled in a recognized law program.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Professional, positive, and respectful attitude towards colleagues and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed briefs and case summaries.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and reviewing contracts.
• Support the drafting of Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
• Attend client meetings and accompany senior professionals to court hearings, where applicable.
