About the Internship

Jawa Capital Services is hiring a Legal Intern to join its team in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. The internship offers practical exposure to legal research, contract review, litigation support, and insolvency-related work, including drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Eligibility

Law students in their 3rd year and above, including final-year students.
Enrolled in a recognized law program.
Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Professional, positive, and respectful attitude towards colleagues and seniors.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare detailed briefs and case summaries.
Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and reviewing contracts.
Support the drafting of Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
Attend client meetings and accompany senior professionals to court hearings, where applicable.
