A.S. Legal is a law practice established in 2009 by partners Saubhagya Agarwal and Vikas Tomar. The firm provides consulting and litigation services across various legal domains, including Taxation Laws, Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, and other allied areas.
About the Internship
A.S. Legal is accepting applications for its Remote and On-site Internship Programme. Interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, case preparation, and client-related work across multiple practice areas.
Areas of Work
The internship will involve matters related to, but not limited to:
- Taxation
- Civil Law
- Criminal Law
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Arbitration
Eligibility
Remote Internship
- Third year and above students enrolled in a 5-year law programme.
- Second year and above students enrolled in a 3-year law programme.
On-site Internship
- Third year and above students enrolled in a 5-year law programme.
- Second year and above students enrolled in a 3-year law programme.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
- Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
- Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the legal team.
Stipend
Stipend is applicable only for on-site interns and will be based on performance.

- Certificate of Internship.
- Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
Duration
- Minimum duration of 1 month.
- Long-term commitment is preferred.
