Yum India is hiring Legal Consultant (Contractual.

Eligibility

• Professionals with ACS + LL.B.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience (PCS firms, consulting, or MNCS)
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Word & PowerPoint)
• Tech-savvy, well-organised, and ethical individuals

Responsibilities

• Company Secretarial:
• Organise Board & Shareholders’ meetings in line with Secretarial Standards
• Handle MCA filings and maintain statutory registers
• Ensure smooth document and repository management
• Administrative & Vendor Support:
• Maintain vendor MIS and invoice processing as per SOP
• Oversee department record-keeping
• Contracts & Legal Support:
• Draft, review, and redline contracts
• Ensure SOP compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
