Spark Legal is hiring an Associate for its Transaction Advisory and General Corporate practice. The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, FEMA-related matters, and broader corporate advisory work for founders, startups, investors, and growing businesses.

The firm follows a lean staffing model, providing associates with direct involvement across all stages of transactions, including drafting, negotiations, managing allocated workstreams, and client engagement.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• The role is suited for professionals who:

Responsibilities
