About the Opportunity
DSK Legal is hiring a legal Associate.
Eligibility
- Practice Area: Data Privacy, Technology & General Corporate Laws
- Post Qualification Experience: 2+ Years
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the data protection and privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS and AI offerings.
- Experience in contract drafting – technology/software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) (including FDI and ODI regulations), and other allied corporate and commercial laws.
- Proficiency in undertaking legal research.
